Can I cancel my order?
In the unfortunate event, you would like to cancel, you can do it, with no cancellation fees while your order is still in process. If your order has been shipped, and you want to cancel it, you can still do it, however, you will be charged with the shipping cost and you will only get a refund of the cost of the products, after any discount that may have been applied during your order. You can cancel your order either with an email at email@example.com or by calling us at 07380 120 220.
Where do you ship?
We ship our products all over the United Kingdom.
What if my delivery is late?
You can contact us either by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or over the phone by calling us at 07380 120 220. We will be more than happy to assist you.
What options do I have to pay?
We offer PayPal and Stripe payments.
Can I pay with bank transfer?
We offer bank transfer payments only on our wholesale customers as an option. If we agree to get paid via bank transfer, we will inform you with the payment details before we proceed with the shipping of your products.
What if I pay more via bank transfer?
We will refund you the excess amount of your payment, within 5 business days after we receive it in our bank account.
What if I would like to add more products to my order?
If you wish to add more products to your order, you should email or call us as soon as possible to amend your order. If by adding more products you qualify for FREE SHIPPING, on the invoice we will send you to pay for the extra amount we will deduct the shipping you have already paid. We aim to fulfill all the orders we receive in less than 24 hours.
