SHIPPING & REFUNDS

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship our products in the UK and Northern Ireland only. During the checkout, you will be asked to enter your postcode so the shipping cost can be automatically calculated and added in your total. The shipping cost is based on the weight of your shipment. Your shipment weight is based on the products you have in your basket. Some products may be much heavier than the weight of the product you choose. For example, 900g of Thyme Honey has a shipping weight of 1,5kg because its package is a jar made of glass. 

There are 3 shipping options. 

The first one offers a delivery time between 3 and 4 business days. 

The shipping cost is calculated as follows:

  • For package weight up to 0,9kg the cost is £2,80

  • For package weight from 1kg up to 1,8kg the cost is £3,80

  • For package weight from 1,9kg up to 4,8kg the cost is £5,50

  • For package weight from 4,9kg up to 10kg the cost is £6,50

  • For package weight above 10kg the shipping will be free of charge

The second one is DHL Express Domestic and offers, most of the times, next working day delivery when the order is placed before 12:00pm.

The shipping cost is calculated as follows:

  • For package weight up to 9kg the cost is £9,20.

  • For package weight from 9,1kg up to 10,5kg the cost is £9,85.

  • For package weight from 10,6kg up to 11,5kg the cost is £10,95.

  • For package weight from 11,6kg up to 12,5kg the cost is £11,85.

  • For package weight from 12,6kg up to 13,5kg the cost is £12,75.

  • For package weight from 13,6kg up to 14,5kg the cost is £13,65.

  • For package weight from 14,6kg up to 15,5kg the cost is £14,55.

  • For package weight from 15,6kg up to 16,5kg the cost is £15,45.

  • For package weight from 16,6kg up to 17,5kg the cost is £16,35.

  • For package weight from 17,5kg up to 22kg the cost is £24,95.

If your parcel is above that weight and you wish to send it to you with DHL Express Domestic, please contact us to let you know about the shipping cost. 

The third option is only available for shipments across Worcestershire. This option offers FREE DELIVERY regardless the amount of the order when the delivery address is within the Worcestershire area. If by mistake you choose this option and your delivery address is not within Worcestershire, we will get in touch with you offering one of the following 3 options:

  1. We can send you a new invoice which will include the shipping cost, so that you can pay the difference and ship you the goods.

  2. We can offer you a coupon code of equal value plus 10% valid for at least 6 months. For example if your purchase was £10 the coupon value will be 11£ and will not have a minimum order amount in order to be valid. However if your new order is less you will lose the outstanding amount. For example if you would like to place an order of £9 and you have a coupon of £11 the rest £2 will be lost. The coupon can only be applied on the cart subtotal excluding any shipping cost. 

  3. We can give you a refund of the whole amount spent. 

For orders with a total amount above £20 Free Shipping is applied. The total amount has to be above £20 on the total final price, after any coupon that may have been applied. On this occasion we ship our products with an expected delivery time 3-4 working days.

For our wholesale customers, we will agree on the shipping options, costs and terms by the time we agree on the quantity of the order.

REFUND POLICY

You are entitled to a 14 days refund from the day you have received the products if:

  • the products are expired.

  • the packaging is damaged or not sealed.

  • the products never arrived or you received the wrong products.

Proof with pictures is required.

The refund could be

  • A coupon issued by us and valid for at least 3 months which will be equal to the value of the defective product including a 10% surcharge. For example, if you had an order of total amount of £100 and a product of value of £20 was defected, the coupon value will be £20+10% = £22.

  • Refund of the full amount of money for the defective product, excluding the shipping if the rest of the products are in good condition.

  • Refund of the full amount of money including any shipping cost if all the products were defected

 

We do our best to make sure, all products which leave our premises are in perfect condition, nevertheless, it is your responsibility to ensure that all the goods received are in perfect order (eg. expired, missing, damaged, smelly, stale). If you start using the products with any of the mentioned issues we are not responsible for the damage these issues may cause.

You are also entitled for a refund if a product has less than 2 months of Best Before End date.

We will not refund or accept returns of any products that are opened or damaged by you.
